On July 15, 2008 guests enjoyed sharing 50 years of memories and stories. Together, the Koelsch family has five decades in developing, building and operating senior housing. The tradition began in 1958 when Emmett Koelsch and Alice Koelsch (Schultz) founded the company based upon their goal of providing quality service in a warm and caring environment.
