AARON KOELSCH, President/CEO
Aaron brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience and leadership to the organization's highly seasoned team based in Olympia, WA. Aaron graduated from Walla Walla College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration. During Aaron's 18 year tenure, Koelsch Senior Communities has operated with consistent profitability. With a family that has been a model of Senior Housing for almost five decades, Aaron learned the business through broad exposure to every aspect of operations. Aaron and his team develop properties from the ground up, acting as developer and general contractor.
Garth Brandt, General Counsel and Vice President of Operations
Garth has worked with Koelsch Senior Communities since 1998 and joined us full time in February 2002. Garth attended the University of Washington, obtaining degrees in both business and law. In his current role, Garth works closely with the Executive Directors and staff to ensure each community runs at an optimal level. Garth also advises the company on legal issues and related matters, and assists the CEO on a variety of ongoing projects pertaining to acquisition, development, and construction.
Cyndie Bryant, RN, Corporate Director of Resident Services
Cyndie Bryant, RN, Corporate Director of Resident Services, joined Koelsch Senior Communities in 1999. Cyndie has over 20 years of experience as a registered nurse, manager, and consultant, most of which has been spent working with seniors. She currently works with all of our resident service directors at the community level to ensure our nurses and care givers are working together effectively to provide quality care to our residents each and every day.
Lesley Yanak, Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Lesley has worked in senior housing since 1991. She began working with Koelsch Senior Communities in January 2009. Prior to joining the team Lesley worked with several well respected public and private companies specializing in retirement, assisted living and memory care communities. She has provided leadership in several key areas including; marketing, sales, start-up, operations, training and acquisition support. Lesley is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington and received her BA in Business with a concentration in Marketing. Lesley is responsible for the overall marketing and sales efforts of all Koelsch Communities.
Dennis Christianson, Controller
Dennis gained over 18 years of administrative experience in various human service businesses prior to joining Koelsch Senior Communities. Having worked in several settings, including mental health clinics and a hospital, he is familiar with organizations of varying sizes and complexities. Dennis is able to see the big picture while being very comfortable managing the details. He operates from a strongly service oriented mindset within his finance and accounting leadership duties at Koelsch Senior Communities.

Judy Koelsch Principal Designer 
Judy Koelsch has been the principal designer for Koelsch Senior Communities since its inception. After graduating from the University of Redlands (California) in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business, Judy founded JSK Designs, an interior design company-and began working primarily with senior housing developers and other commercial clients. Judy plays an integral part in the interior and architectural design aspects of all our projects.
