A unique feature to most Koelsch communities is the antique car. The Park has a 1956 Dodge Custom Royal Lancer. “Throughout construction, we have had the pleasure to highlight a 1947 Westwood Coronado and 1955 Buick. Aaron’s dad Emmett Koelsch, who first opened a Koelsch Community in 1958, loved cars and trucks,” said Diana Escobedo, Executive Director. Attendees at the Grand Opening were offered an Around the World dining experience from China to the United Kingdom in the Victory Bistro and private dining room.
